While many authors are known for dystopian fiction, some people are not quite sure what a dystopia. A dystopia is a kind of world where life is terrible because of the oppression of totalitarian rule, disaster, or other factors lead to great oppression of the people. This type of "worlds" are the exact opposite of utopia. This sub-genre of fiction refers to books and short stories and poems are sometimes worlds in which people suffer is based in general.Often, the dystopian world the result is taken from one or two things to the extreme.
